Lunisolar is incorporated as a Community Interest Company committed to supporting arts accessibility by providing up-skilling workshops, paid work, and development opportunities in the arts to adults from immigrant backgrounds for a more inclusive and socially just arts future. We believe we need strong investment in arts inclusion and dedicated programmes are the key to restructuring the landscape of arts in the United Kingdom from the ground up.
We're currently fundraising for our programme, Stop Drop & Play. Stop Drop & Play is a programme designed to allow English Second Language immigrants gain confidence in their English speaking through facilitated workshops. These drama workshops will be focused on exploring how our body connects to our emotions through movement, vocal exercises that bring attention to our articulation, and how play can offer us a gateway into community and confidence.
Our goals with Stop Drop & Play are to develop the programme into a second chapter of work: destigmatising second language speaking.
You can donate any amount - all of it will go towards the development of the programme. When you donate, you bring us closer to us achieving our goals. If you would like your donation to be used for a different purpose, please get in touch through our contact form.

The current funding landscape is sparse. We're continually applying for funding, but the lack of opportunities and success in this area means that we are less able to fulfil our mission in providing arts accessibility to immigrant communities.
If you are able to donate your time and to collaborate with us in facilitating arts workshops and programmes for our cause, please let us know by emailing us.
You do not need to be an immigrant to donate your time.
